We're in an exciting growth phase following a recent relocation to a beautiful new space, and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our next chapter of expansion.

Position Overview

\n

The Growth Marketing Manager will own Splendid Skin's marketing strategy and execution end-to-end from paid advertising and social media to promotions, brand partnerships, and our website. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on measurable results, creative campaigns, and building a brand that reflects the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Paid Advertising (Meta + Google Ads)

\n

\n
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
\n
• Monitor performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI and lead generation
\n
• Manage conversion tracking and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness
\n

\n

Social Media Management

\n

\n
• Develop and execute a content calendar across all social platforms
\n
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects Splendid Skin's brand and aesthetic
\n
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow our follower base and community
\n

\n

Promotions & Campaign Management

\n

\n
• Design and manage seasonal promotions, service launches, and special offers
\n
• Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and channel rollout (email, social, in-office, ads)
\n
• Track promotion performance and iterate based on results
\n

\n

Brand Ambassador Management

\n

\n
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers
\n
• Coordinate content collaborations, gifting, and partnership agreements
\n
• Track ambassador program performance and ROI
\n

\n

Website Management

\n

\n
• Maintain and update the Splendid Skin website, including service pages, promotions, and content
\n
• Ensure the site reflects current branding, pricing, and offerings
\n
• Monitor site performance and troubleshoot basic issues
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 1–2+ years of experience in marketing (A MUST), ideally in a medspa, beauty, wellness, or related consumer-facing industry
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
\n
• Strong social media content creation and management skills
\n
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once
\n
• Basic website management experience (WordPress preferred)
\n
• Excellent written communication and a strong eye for brand consistency
\n
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and results-oriented
\n
