Dentist at Towne Centre is a family-owned practice looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. Guided by Dr. Pannu’s philosophy of individualized, comprehensive care, we focus on the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being. If you are a compassionate educator and a skilled clinician, we would love to meet you! Pay $40~$45 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Must hold a valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Certification: Current CPR certification is required. Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Mindset: A team-oriented professional who is passionate about preventive care and patient education. Job Description Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing with a high level of detail. Diagnostics: Take and review digital X-rays to assist in patient assessment. Patient Education: Empower patients with knowledge regarding oral hygiene, disease prevention, and the link between oral and systemic health. Collaboration: Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary and maintain a seamless team workflow. Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Relationship Building: Provide a friendly, compassionate environment to build lasting trust with our patients.
