Compensation: $250,000 - $340,000

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver specialized care for women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence.

• Carry out various diagnostic tests, such as urodynamic evaluations, cystoscopy, and pelvic floor imaging, to accurately identify pelvic floor issues.

• Create individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific needs, which may involve conservative approaches like pelvic floor exercises or medications, as well as surgical options, including pelvic reconstructive surgery or minimally invasive techniques.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including Urologists, Colorectal Surgeons, and Physical Therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Inform patients about their pelvic floor conditions, available treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare decisions.

• Graduation from an accredited Medical School

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Possession of an active Medical License in New York
