AI Operations Architect

Overview Title: AI Operations Architect - Director Type: FTE The AI Ops Architect is the endtoend technical owner of enterprise AIOps and Agentic AI solutions responsible for designing scalable secure and businessaligned AIdriven automation ecosystems. The AI Architect is the technical owner of the endtoend AI Agents program. This individual defines the overall system architecture governs design decisions and ensures all 16 GitHub Copilot Agent extensions are built cohesively securely and in alignment with enterprise standards across Splunk Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible and MRD platforms Key Responsibilities Agentic AI Automation Engineering Security Governance Risk Management Delivery Leadership Agile Governance Customer Engagement Value Realization Innovation Product Thinking Must Have Skills Multiagent architecture and orchestration frameworks Experience with ADK LangGraph MCP Integration with enterprise platforms ServiceNow Splunk Dynatrace Strong Python programming and API development Knowledge of RBAC and governance models AILLM Agent Architecture Deep expertise in designing multiagent systems agent orchestration frameworks GitHub Copilot Agent SDK LangChain or equivalent MCP protocol and toolcall patterns Enterprise Integration Architecture Strong experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms ServiceNow Splunk Dynatrace Ansible TowerAWX via REST APIs and webhook patterns Python InfrastructureasCode Strong Python development skills familiarity with GitHub Enterprise CICD pipelines and IaC tooling Terraform Ansible for enterprise AI deployments Ability to lead customer workshops architecture walkthroughs and executive briefings on AIOps strategy platforms and value realization Experience presenting AIdriven incident intelligence anomaly detection insights and automation outcomes to senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr NeerInfo Solutions
