Staff Accountant

Job Summary Job Title: Staff Accountant Company: Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) – Finance Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 Job Type: Full Time Why You Should Apply Growing company adding to the team due to expansion Typically leaves the office before 5:30 PM (40‑hour week) Dynamic role including Financial Reporting and Cost Accounting What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university CPA or Master’s degree preferred Minimum 1 year of accounting experience Ability to adapt and work with diverse people What You'll Be Doing Review intercompany reconciliations and help prepare financial statements Review and monitor changes to internal controls and accounting structure; make corrections as needed Compile reported information for annual and quarterly reporting Manage the cash flow reconciliation and consolidation process Monitor reporting and audit schedules, performing maintenance on the chart of accounts Oversee balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy Apply standard GAAP methods; make recommendations to improve practices or procedures Oversee all accounting related to pre‑ and post‑acquisitions, including research, reporting, and updates Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Pension plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Primary Recruiting Services
