Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist Location: Richmond, Virginia Starting Compensation Range: $65,000 - $110,000 per year The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for recruiting, training, and leading project teams to improve critical business processes. The individual in this position will effectively use proven Lean Six Sigma Methodology to address large scoped projects, complex problems and lead to fact-based decision making.
