Job Summary The Labor Relations Specialist independently supports and administers the organization’s labor relations programs, serving as a key resource to management, employees, and labor representatives. This role applies working knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations best practices to manage day-to-day labor relations activities and more complex issues.Specific duties include: Contributes to arbitration preparation, investigations, and dispute resolution while supporting constructive labor–management relationships across union and non-union facilities. Participates in collective bargaining processes, interprets and applies contract provisions, monitors compliance, and manages grievance and disciplinary matters through resolution. Leverages working knowledge of employment legislation, labor agreements, and best practices in labor relations. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience 2-3+ years of related experience in labor relations or human resources or related field. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience towards the experience requirement. What You'll Get Expected Hiring Base Salary Range: $65500 - $95000 The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
