IT Service Desk/PC Tech-Mid-Level

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technology-related certification or coursework preferred. One to two years of related experience preferred. Intermediate technical skills with computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and related technologies required. Must be detail-oriented with strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality is essential.

Working Conditions:

May be required to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50-60 pounds as part of regular job duties.

Responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day support for hardware fulfillment and lifecycle management activities, including equipment provisioning, refresh initiatives, accessory fulfillment, and device replacement processes. Tracks, manages, and documents work through established ticketing and documentation systems, ensuring requests are completed accurately and in accordance with defined procedures. Maintains knowledge of current hardware standards, policies, and processes to support operational needs. Assists with identifying process improvement opportunities, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives, including workflow enhancements and automation efforts.
