We are looking for an energetic individual with detail to organization and cleanliness. Does this sound like you? Apply today to join our team. The housekeeper is responsible for the visual presentation and cleanliness of the condominium association under the direction of their immediate supervisor.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
• Dusting
• Emptying trash cans
• Cleaning Toilets
• Laundry
• Clean guest suites (similar to hotel rooms)
• Sanitize high-touch areas
• Restock and organize supplies
• Delivery packages - USPS, UPS, FED EX, flowers, etc.
• Open condo doors if needed for housekeepers, tradesmen, etc.
• Relieve front desk attendant as needed

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Ability to build relationships with management and fellow employees
• Ability to stay on task while working independently
• Ability to work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM every Saturday and Sunday 
• Part Time - 16-Hours Per Week
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Follow instructions and be eager to learn
• Present a neat and professional appearance
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift heavy objects (30 lbs +), climb stairs/ladder
• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
• Complete computerized daily job reports.
