As a Client Technology Specialist, you'll help employers and their employees simplify the benefits experience through technology. This role combines client support, benefits administration, and system expertise to ensure clients can confidently manage enrollment, HR processes, and employee benefits through modern online platforms.

You will serve as a trusted resource to client HR teams, helping configure and maintain benefit administration systems, support open enrollment initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with insurance carriers and internal partners. Your work directly contributes to a more efficient, accurate, and seamless experience for both employers and employees.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of benefit administration platforms, with a primary focus on Employee Navigator.
• Partner with client HR teams to customize enrollment and HRIS solutions that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions that help employers and employees effectively utilize enrollment and benefits administration technology.
• Resolve client questions, system issues, and enrollment discrepancies while providing a high level of customer service and support.
• Review and reconcile carrier invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate enrollment, eligibility, and reporting data to support client needs, compliance requirements, and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that streamline benefits administration and enhance the overall client experience.
• Support Open Enrollment activities by providing tools, resources, and guidance that improve accuracy and employee engagement.

What You BringDay One:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in a technical support or administrative support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business technology applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Texas Life and Health Insurance License within six months of hire.

Valuable Additions:

• Previous experience in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry.
• Experience using employee benefits administration software platforms.
• Employee Navigator platform experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Knowledge of payroll integration, onboarding, PTO management, COBRA administration, or related HR technology solutions.
• Experience reviewing carrier invoices, enrollment records, eligibility files, or benefits reporting.

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.

Pay Range

$30.29—$32.69 USD
