Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead and energize the team during each shift, delegate responsibilities, coach and develop team members, ensure great guest experiences, uphold operational standards, and keep the pub running smoothly—all while having fun doing it.

- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to stay cool and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can delegate and motivate
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
