Job details The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, client-focused attorney with a strong foundation in estate planning and an interest in working with high-net-worth individuals and families. Qualifications & Responsibilities Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license with the California Bar 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, or related areas (high-net-worth experience preferred) Experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts Ability to analyze complex financial and family structures and propose strategic planning solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting deadlines Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Interested in hearing more?
