Operations Manager in TrainingWe are hiring immediately for an Operations Manager in Training position.Location: 4801 Hannover Place, Fremont, CA 94538Schedule: To be discussed further upon interview.Requirement: Must be 0-5 years out from college/university.Pay Range: $72,000 - $76,000 annually.About This RoleAs an Operations Manager in Training (MIT), you will prepare for a future leadership role within our operations team. Through hands-on training and structured development, you will learn the operational best practices of Canteen while gaining exposure to branch operations, logistics, route execution, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety, finance, employee relations, hiring, training, payroll, profit and loss management, and more.As an MIT, you will be assigned to a training location to complete the on-site, hands-on portion of your onboarding and leadership development experience while participating in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).
