The ideal candidate will provide developmental monitoring and healthcare provider education by performing parent outreach, developmental tracking, and referral education through community-based and office-based engagement. This role supports early childhood intervention efforts by ensuring timely developmental monitoring, accurate documentation, and increased awareness of Early Intervention services among healthcare providers.
