Shopper Marketing Manager

Giadzy | Remote Giadzy is a fast-growing Italian pasta brand founded by Giada De Laurentiis. As we rapidly expand our national retail footprint, we’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to help build the playbook for how Giadzy shows up — and wins — at retail. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role at the intersection of retail, sales, brand marketing, creative, and data. You’ll own the strategy and execution behind our shopper marketing efforts, working closely with our President, marketing team, retail brokers, agencies, and retail partners to drive awareness, trial, velocity, and expansion. What You’ll Own Build and execute integrated shopper marketing plans across national and regional retail partners. Own our demo and sampling strategy — from bookings and demo kits to execution, measurement, and optimization. Analyze retail sales, velocity, order, promotional, and demo data and turn insights into action. Own Instacart paid media in partnership with our agency, including strategy, campaign management, optimization, and reporting. Lead shopper initiatives across Aisle, digital couponing, TPRs, retailer media, weekly ads, and in-store promotions. Spearhead retail creative across paid media, Instacart, social, in-store signage, displays, demos, and retailer-specific assets. Partner across social, DTC, paid media, influencer, and PR to build 360° support around retail and product launches. Work closely with our President and retail brokers to support buyer and category manager relationships and prepare marketing plans, data, presentations, and assets for expansion opportunities. Get into the field — visiting stores to understand our execution and competitive landscape and occasionally participating in demos, launches, and consumer events. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of shopper, retail, trade, or brand marketing experience within CPG , ideally food or beverage. Must have worked in-house at a high-growth brand with meaningful distribution across major national retailers. Strong understanding of retail media, promotions, demos, shopper activation, brokers, and the broader retail ecosystem. Experience with Instacart and retail media strongly preferred. Analytical and comfortable translating retail performance data into actionable recommendations. Strong creative instincts and experience developing and briefing consumer-facing marketing assets. Highly organized, resourceful, and energized by a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. A true builder and doer — equally comfortable creating the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. Bonus—previous field marketing, brand ambassador or brand activation experience.
