Job Requirements: Experience: 1 year, 2 preferred. Hospital setting experience required. Certs: HSD/GED, BLS (AHA or ARC), CPT required but CPT1 strongly preferred. Education: Phlebotomy Certificate. Special Requirements: Epic experience required.

Job Details: Weekend requirement: Yes, every other weekend. Floating requirement: Yes. On-call requirement: No. Pending license: No, must be active at time of submission. No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
