Overview

Join the Consumer Advertising team as a bilingual Marketing Consultant supporting Hispanic Market advertising initiatives during a leave coverage assignment. This role leads multicultural creative strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels while managing projects from concept through delivery. You'll collaborate with internal creative teams, external agencies, and senior stakeholders to deliver culturally relevant campaigns that align with brand standards and business goals.

Job Description

• Lead creative strategy and execution for Hispanic Market advertising campaigns.
• Develop culturally relevant campaigns across TV, online video, streaming, radio, digital, print, social media, and out-of-home advertising.
• Partner with Hispanic Marketing teams and external agencies to produce acquisition and brand campaigns.
• Manage relationships with strategic partners, including OEM partners such as Apple and Samsung.
• Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to senior leadership.
• Manage projects from intake through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, and resource coordination.
• Develop Universal Creative Briefs (UCBs) and maintain project tracking in Workfront and Airtable.
• Coordinate with creative studios, agencies, media teams, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Traffic and deliver advertising assets across broadcast, digital, social, audio, and out-of-home channels.
• Manage Ad-ID assignments, version control, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Ensure projects remain on strategy, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Identify process improvements and resolve production or delivery issues.

Required Skills

• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish (native or near-native Spanish preferred).
• 4+ years of advertising, marketing communications, or agency account management experience.
• Experience developing consumer marketing campaigns, preferably within wireless, telecommunications, or consumer technology.
• Strong broadcast advertising experience with additional print and digital marketing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ad trafficking or creative operations.
• Experience presenting creative work to executive leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an in-house creative or production studio.
• Experience using Workfront, Airtable, and Microsoft Teams.
