We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Compensation:$50,000 - $100,000 Based on experience
Responsibilities:- Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal
- Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
- Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
- Validate all personal references and rental application information
- Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Proven track of successful sales record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of Multi-Family industry experience with a proven track record of high closing ratio, or related experience
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Ability to read and write English
- Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi, or other industry software experience is a plus
