Certified Personal Trainer

At Commence Fitness, we do things differently. We're a semi-private personal training studio built around helping everyday people get stronger, healthier, and more confident without intimidating gym culture, crazy workouts, or long-term contracts. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where members actually enjoy showing up, and we're looking for coaches who are passionate about making a real impact. This is an open application: We're always interested in connecting with exceptional personal trainers. What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience At least one professional reference A nationally recognized personal training certification (or the ability to obtain one before your start date) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A passion for helping people improve their health and confidence Reliable, professional, coachable, and eager to continue learning Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys creating an outstanding member experience Availability Requirements Our schedule is built around consistency for our members, so applicants must be available to work full shifts rather than partial shifts. Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:15 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 8:15 PM 1 team workout a month (Wednesdays at 1:00 PM) Applicants must be available to work at least one full shift when scheduled. Weekend morning availability is also helpful. What You'll Do Coach semi-private and one-on-one personal training sessions Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts Build meaningful relationships with members while keeping them motivated and accountable Track member progress and communicate effectively with the coaching team Help create the positive, welcoming atmosphere Commence Fitness is known for Focus on coaching, not selling.
