Corporate Accountant

Managing all accounting functions remotely, the full-time Corporate Accountant will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks while ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional client service. Key responsibilities Manage invoicing and collections for accounts receivable, including preparing aging reports Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice management and payment approvals Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts, preparing monthly financial statements for review Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong understanding of general accounting principles, particularly accounts receivable and payable functions Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues with a strong sense of ownership Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and clients
