Remote Staff Accountant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Staff Accountant will manage client bank activities, perform reconciliations, and produce financial reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy for law firm clients. Key responsibilities: Posting and categorizing bank activity, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy Producing standard and custom financial reports, including Cash Flow Forecasts and variance analyses Maintaining organized client records and managing multiple client accounts independently Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a CPA or multi-client accounting environment 2+ years of recent QuickBooks Online experience required Experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Zoom, and Dropbox or similar software QBO certification preferred
