As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. Previous bartending experience is required for the position.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays. This includes competitive compensation starting at $5 an hour plus tips.Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, camaraderie, and dining room management.For more information on our open opportunities, apply today!ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional appearance at all timesMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other suppliesMaintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipmentAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedCollects payment for drinks servedGreets and provides immediate attention to guestsLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer serviceInspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedAdhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guestsImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerEducation and Experience Requirements1-2 years of bartending experienceMust be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipesMust have strong customer/guest orientationOrganized, able to work well in fast paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableWorking ConditionsPhysical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scoopingThe employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and handsThe employee will be required to lift up to 55 lbsUse of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areasSpecific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perceptionNoise level is moderate to loudWork extended hours during special events and holiday season.Work weekends and holidays
