Your opportunity Provide world class service within our call center by applying industry and company knowledge to our investors’ needs Answer account questions, process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone Help investors navigate and trouble shoot online issues utilizing your trained expertise of the Janus Henderson website Identify and seek marketing campaign opportunities Resolve problems and correct complex errors identified by the investor or representative Meet & exceed productivity and quality metrics of call scoring Carry out other duties as assigned What to expect when you join our firm Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations Generous Holiday policies Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services Complimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness app Discounted membership to ClassPass and other health and well-being benefits Unique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge Complimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours Must have skills College degree OR equivalent work experience preferred FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licensed (must be obtained within 9 months of hire) Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing world class customer service Ability to adapt to investor communication style while servicing our diverse client base Strong willingness to learn and ask questions Must have a high degree of self-motivation and ability to be self-sufficient in utilizing available resources Attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion and judgement in helping investors by applying our processes, policies, and procedures Must be proficient in service, retirement, and product related questions within 9 months of hire or contract conversion Ability to work 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime Supervisory responsibilities No Potential for growth Mentoring Leadership development programs Regular training Career development services Continuing education courses Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 2, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings.
