Position: Canvassing Department Manager to lead, train, and grow a door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Compensation
- Earn $100K to $275K
Qualifications:
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
