Sales Executive

About CoreFleet Solutions CoreFleet Solutions is an early-stage company providing a range of business solutions to clients throughout California, including: Staffing & workforce solutions — commercial, warehouse & distribution, hospitality, event, and administrative staffing Data center services — rack & stack, structured cabling and labeling, cluster deployments, and remote/smart hands support Delivery & logistics support As a startup, we move fast, value initiative, and give our people real ownership. What You'll Do Prospect and identify new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals Schedule meetings with business owners, IT and data center managers, HR leaders, operations managers, and other decision-makers Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across our staffing, data center, and logistics services Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations Negotiate and close new contracts, following up consistently until opportunities are won or lost Develop long-term client relationships and grow existing accounts Work closely with operations to onboard new clients smoothly Continuously look for new industries and markets to develop Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline and activity reports What We're Looking For Competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated Confident speaking with executives and business owners Comfortable making outbound cold calls every day Persistent, resilient, disciplined, and organized Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience Experience selling staffing, data center/IT services, logistics, or other business services (strongly preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Strong negotiation and presentation skills Compensation & Rewards Base salary of $45,000–$60,000, depending on experience Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses tied to new accounts, revenue, and targets hit Why Join CoreFleet Solutions?
