The Carwash Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the car wash facility. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greeting customers warmly and assist them in selecting the appropriate car wash services
• Operate car wash equipment and ensure it is functioning properly throughout the day
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including waiting areas and restrooms
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Adaptability, multi-tasking and sound decision-making abilities are required and essential to the success of this role
