The Role
Your ability to stay organized, build relationships, and support both advisors and clients is vital. As a Client Service & Operations Associate, you will help maintain efficient business operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career within the financial services industry and who is interested in expanding their responsibilities through professional licensing and development.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
• Assist with account paperwork and operational documentation
• Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and client communications
• Support advisors with administrative and operational needs
• Track pending items and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain organized client files and records
• Provide exceptional service to clients and business partners
• Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations

What You Will Bring

• Financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing practice
• Willingness to obtain Insurance and Investment licenses
