HR Specialist

HR SpecialistGateway Management is currently looking for an HR Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsProvide support to employees on HR-related issues including policies, and proceduresAssist with performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plansEnsure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulationsAssist with employee relations issues including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsAssist with HR projects and initiatives as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2+ years of experience in HRStrong understanding of HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office
