Some sorting experience is a plus Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and lower throughout the entire work shift Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs consistently Great team-oriented attitude Dependable and flexible Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support daily administrative and operational tasks Coordinate driver dispatch and logistics, including preparing postal paperwork and bills of lading Monitor and track mail deliveries, customer pickups, and vendor status updates Maintain accurate records within billing/finance systems and filing processes Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email Why This Job?
