We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook to join our team at Pearl of Joliet, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Cook with our team, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our patients, staff, and guests. Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts, in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality meal service
• Adapt to changing menu items and specials, and provide creative menu suggestions when needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management

Cook Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Cook or in a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
