NOW HIRING: Unit Manager
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care and the well-being of our residents while managing and supporting a dedicated team of nurses and staff.
Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate nursing staff and activities within the assigned unit.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate patient health statuses, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and positive team environment.
- Oversee documentation, including resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor nursing staff effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
