The Manager - Tax and Accounting (CPA) role oversees tax compliance while supporting the financial operations of a diverse group of companies and entities.

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

• Owning tax reporting for multiple business entities, trusts, foundations, and individuals
\n
• Computing estimated payments, managing tax compliance, and coordinating filings
\n
• Monitoring tax notices and regulatory compliance
\n
• Collaborating on financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses
\n
• Reviewing accounting transactions and maintaining strong internal controls
\n
• Supporting insurance administration for a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate assets
\n
• Partnering with senior leadership on financial analysis, special projects, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
\n
• Five + years of U.S. tax accounting experience – experience with real estate, partnerships, and trusts preferred
\n
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
\n
• Advanced Excel skills
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 
\n
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
