About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive enrollment growth. The CMO will be responsible for demand generation, brand management, and messaging, with a focus on digital, social, and emerging media. This role requires a leader who can create and implement marketing plans to increase student acquisition, enrollment, and engagement, ultimately growing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be experienced in integrating offline and online marketing efforts, and be adept at leveraging a strong digital foundation to maximize prospective student engagement. The CMO will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing marketing and enrollment organization, fostering a culture of analytics, and collaborating with the leadership team to identify strategic relationships that enhance revenue and brand awareness. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record in senior marketing roles, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in customer-centric, multi-unit environments. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of brand management, advertising, and media planning, who can develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The CMO will be expected to have a strong background in digital and social marketing, as well as experience with marketing automation and CRM software. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, and a leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
