This role requires the ability to lead through transformation, modernize legacy platforms, improve engineering effectiveness, and partner closely with business and technology stakeholders across a highly matrixed environment.This leader will help shape the next generation of software delivery by leveraging modern cloud-native architectures, platform engineering practices, automation, observability, and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle.This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment.
