Construction Project & Funding Coordinator

APEX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project execution teams with document coordination, funding process facilitation, subcontractor administration, and reporting. The role involves maintaining third-party checklists, preparing invoices and financial reports, monitoring milestones, and coordinating with lenders and investors.
