Associate Attorney - Mass Tort

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in mass tort litigation in Englewood, CO. The role involves managing complex, high-stakes cases and working closely with experienced trial lawyers to advocate for injured clients. Duties Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings. Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy. Engage in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Advocate for injured clients with skill and care. Requirements 3-5 years of litigation experience, including personal injury. Experience in mass tort or class action is a plus. Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience in state and federal court litigation. Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn. Active license in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Excellent research and writing abilities.
