You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a **Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate**.**Schedule:** Monday – Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm, occasional overtime.**$500 sign on bonus**, paid out after 90 days of employment.**Responsibilities*** Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner* Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment* Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material* Effectively put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System)* Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.* Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.* Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.**Qualifications*** 1 – 3 years of previous warehouse / pipe yard experience is required* General computer skills for basic data entry* Forklift Operator experience is required* Must have the ability to work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures* Ability to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more by using equipment* High attention to detail.* Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.* Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.\*Pre-employment drug and background screening required\*At Ferguson, we care for each other.
