Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

A-1 Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to manage hiring and new-hire onboarding across the company. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, complete pre-employment requirements, and deliver new-hire orientation. The role requires 2+ years in recruiting/HR coordination or an associate degree, strong knowledge of employment laws, and experience with ATS/HRIS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
