Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical system issues.
- Perform testing, maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on company products and equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
- Assist with system integration, setup, and performance testing.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and workflows.
- Complete required documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
- Support production, engineering, quality, and service teams as needed.
- Train and assist junior technicians in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technician, maintenance, assembly, or test role involving hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Experience using common hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift and crane experience is a plus.
