Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: 36-40 hours/week

Employment Type: Temporary, W-2

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Michigan nursing license required

Experience: Prior RN experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $53.60/hour

What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor outpatient patients on observation status regularly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Respond promptly to call lights, alarms, and patient needs
• Assist with patient transfers and respond to emergency situations
• Collaborate with healthcare team to evaluate and update care plans
• Process physician orders accurately and timely
• Follow up on medication adjustments and order clarifications

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• Relevant RN experience
• Ability to provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with outpatient observation units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
