Entry-Level Field Service Technician

Join our team as an Entry-Level Field Service Technician! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to develop skills in the field. We are seeking a motivated individual to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer locations. Key Details Work Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM Responsibilities Conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on marketing equipment. Loading and unloading products as needed for servicing. Educating customers on basic equipment maintenance and repair procedures. Installing equipment and connecting necessary components for optimal operation. Driving to various locations to assess and perform repairs which may involve plumbing, electrical work, refrigeration, and carpentry. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service performed. Fostering positive relationships with customers during service calls. Completing documentation after each service visit using a digital device. Transporting equipment and other miscellaneous items as required. Adhering to all safety regulations and driving guidelines. Participating in all required training modules to become certified. Demonstrating consistent attendance and reliability. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older; 21 years or older if a valid U.S. CDL is required. Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Road-test if applicable. Strong communication skills in English are essential. Helpful Experience Mechanics and troubleshooting skills. Customer service experience. Knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems.
