Bilingual Spanish: Able to read and speak both English and Spanish. Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is highly desirable. Valid Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches. Problem‑Solving Skills: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Work Location: District‑based travel; home branch 5703 Preston Highway, Louisville KY Hours : Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons Hourly: $19.00 - $28.25 The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full‑time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. All full‑time employees are eligible for benefits, starting day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(K) program with company match, 30 days post hire, starting on the 1st of the month.
