Our client is hiring a Vice President, Growth & Analytics in New York, NY. This is a senior-level opportunity for a visionary leader who can leverage data, AI, analytics, and commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth and drive tangible business impact. The role is responsible for identifying new revenue streams, expanding market share, and optimizing performance across retail and digital channels, including key partnerships with Amazon, Walmart, Spotify, and Audible.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through experimentation, financial analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Maintain ownership of growth initiative performance, including ROI measurement and P&L accountability.

AI, Technology & Innovation

• Lead the development and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions that enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency.
• Oversee initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Apply AI-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness, sales performance, customer engagement, and content strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader on emerging technologies, data capabilities, and growth opportunities.

Analytics & Digital Commerce

• Utilize advanced analytics to optimize retail and e-commerce performance.
• Improve pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and marketing investments through data-driven decision-making.
• Lead Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and retail media initiatives to maximize advertising effectiveness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and marketing professionals.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Editorial, and other key stakeholders to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Foster a culture that balances innovation, agility, and accountability while driving enterprise-scale results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue growth, commercial strategy, e-commerce, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proven success driving substantial revenue growth through data, technology, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Deep expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, retail media, and Amazon platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, machine learning, Python, SQL, and large language model (LLM) platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional organizations.
• Experience as a startup founder, advisor, or investor is highly desirable.
