Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent with at least five years of acute care experience if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the regional nursing board.
