Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Health, your daily activities will include:

• Delivering individual psychotherapy using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring each approach to fit the specific needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all recordings are detailed and up-to-date.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance patient outcomes and improve overall patient care through integrated approaches.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending case consultations, peer review meetings, and incorporating current mental health research into your practice.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients and families grappling with various mental health diagnoses. This could include, but is not limited to, individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life-limiting illness scenarios as they interact with our hospice care settings. Your role will be essential in facilitating symptom management, emotional support, and promoting overall well-being during challenging life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
