Location: Broward County, FL.
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience)

What the Procurement Contracts Manager will do:

Lead, supervise, and evaluate procurement staff and daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and best practices.
Oversee procurement activities including bids (RFPs, ITBs), contracts, and vendor management, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
Manage construction, services, and franchise contracts; conduct cost analysis and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures; ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

What the company needs in a Procurement Contracts Manager:

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred.
Industry experience in government, construction, or professional services procurement is highly desired.
Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) preferred
Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience, Florida government purchasing background, CPPB designation.
