General Manager PositionThe General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, strategic direction, and long-term success of the facility. This position has full accountability for Profit & Loss (P&L), customer satisfaction, operational performance, organizational capability, workforce development, and execution of company objectives.The General Manager provides leadership to all functional areas, including Operations, Quality, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, Sales Support, and other support functions. The role is responsible for building a high-performing leadership team capable of delivering sustainable business results while maintaining a safe, customer-focused, and employee-focused culture.The General Manager establishes the vision, priorities, and direction of the business while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, organizational development, and strategic growth consistently achieve operational objectives.Review operational performance trends and remove barriers to success.Support capital investments, resource allocation, and capacity planning
