Hiring for PRESS OPERATOR | York, PA

???? Competitive Pay | ???? 2nd Shift | ???? Monday-Thursday (4x10 Schedule)

Responsibilities: ✅ Operate press machines and load materials

✅ Set machine measurements and monitor production

✅ Inspect product quality and complete documentation

✅ Stack finished products for shipping

✅ Operate sit-down forklift and pull truck

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience

✔ Sit-down forklift experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

✔ Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred:

➕ Printing or press machine experience

➕ Color matching experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
