Property Manager, Multifamily Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of the community in a fast‑paced environment while overseeing all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability. Complete lease and renewal paperwork to meet company standards and track and evaluate advertising and all client traffic. Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high‑performing, cohesive team—including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel—to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. Drive revenues through thorough analysis of competition and creation of creative marketing programs. Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the entire on‑site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Interview, hire, and coach staff as necessary while maintaining effective on‑site staffing. Maintain resident files per company standards and resolve conflicts promptly to preserve a positive living environment. Manage and maintain all aspects of the community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met. Competencies Effective communication and customer service skills. Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation. General office, bookkeeping and sales skills with excellent oral and written communication. Ability to set leasing opportunities for staff and drive performance improvement. Strong team leadership and ability to oversee day‑to‑day operations in compliance with C&W policies. Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Real Estate License preferred. Experience 3+ years of Property Management experience. 3+ years of Management experience. Work Environment & Physical Demands This role operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and requires regular travel. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders and traveling up to 15% of the time while exerting up to 25 pounds occasionally or frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00.
