Your work will contribute not only to patient rehabilitation but also to community outreach initiatives aimed at improving overall health standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExamine, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing functional limitations due to injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.Provide expert consultation and collaborate with other healthcare providers regarding each patient's continuum of care, tailored to their unique needs.Interface respectfully with patients of all ages and backgrounds, upholding superior customer service standards that enhance patient satisfaction.Conduct thorough evaluations, interpret findings accurately, and implement appropriate treatment strategies; track progress through re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Maintain meticulous documentation of each patient's treatment progress in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards, ensuring submission of charges for services rendered.Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and electronic methods, actively collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to execute optimal patient care.Participate in leadership functions including community outreach, continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, and program development, while supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.Engage in regular staff meetings and pursue professional development opportunities such as continuing education programs and in-services.Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to enhance treatment adherence and foster a supportive discharge planning process.Ensure all practices are in compliance with regulations and maintain good standing with the state licensure board.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Licensed Physical Therapist at True Solutions Physical Therapy, you will primarily serve patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and delivering care to a diverse patient demographic, underpinning our commitment to equity in healthcare access.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a higher degree will be considered an asset.A current state license in Physical Therapy must be held in good standing.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in using word processing and other relevant computer applications.Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective teamwork and patient relationships.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in home health or orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic health record (EHR) systems.A commitment to continuing education and professional growth is encouraged.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
